The Baader Planetarium Q-Barlow is a compact 1.25-inch Barlow lens offering two magnification factors. In its standard configuration it provides 2.25x magnification, while the removable optical element can provide approximately 1.3x when mounted directly to a compatible eyepiece or camera adapter. Its high-transmission multi-coated optics are designed to maintain good contrast while minimizing internal reflections. I use the Q-Barlow primarily for lunar and planetary imaging when additional image scale is required.
